In depth understanding of technical objects within the Benefits /Payroll module in SAP HCM Developed Custom interfaces for different 3rd Party Benefits Administration Vendors Has worked on Smartforms or HCM Forms Experience working with various secure FTP as a file transfer medium Extensively worked in HCM ABAP. (Macros, Logical Data Base, HR Specific Function Modules) Experience in Payroll results(Extracting data from Clusters) Experience in BADI and User exits Experience in Benefits Interfaces(Inbound / Outbund).
