*Position:* C++ Developer *Location:* New York City *Duration:* Long Term. *The Role:* The client Charts product is used by over 150,000 financial professionals worldwide to make decisions. Our next-generation Charts unlock market data and give our clients unprecedented advantages. Today's Charts product spans a wide gamut of functionality, from pricing to annotations, 3D volatility surfaces to map, real-time data to historical trend analysis and much more. The Charts platform provides cutting edge analytics of both simple price data and client and third party technical analysis. It incorporates UI representation for events, annotations, as well as News, Economic analysis, Portfolio data, etc. We are looking for a C/C++ Server-Side Developer to join the Charts team. The candidate will work on the design and development of a Data Access and Transformation platform for use by various applications within Charts. The platform will aggregate data from various sources and provide state-of-the-art analytics to facilitate the transformation, analysis and interpretation of the data. Special emphasis is placed on performance, accuracy and ease of integration with the other components of the Charting system. Daily activities include working closely with business representatives to understand business needs, translate these into effective designs and project plans, and coding solutions that suit our customers' needs.
