Work Location : Minneapolis, MN Duration : 12 Months Rate : Market Skills Required : .Overall 10+ Yrs of experience. .At least 2+ Yrs experience in performing role of solution architect (we are not looking at Tech Lead / Jr. Architect). .Proven expertise in architecting solutions for an application in the .Net Framework. .Must have the ability to understand refactoring concepts and be able to develop solution frameworks for application refactoring. .Must have expertise in various tools available for refactoring and be able to articulate benefits of one over the other. .Must be able to understand and suggest approaches for code branching and merging. .Must be able to understand and suggest approaches for continuous integration/build automation and unit test tool implementation. .Strong development experience in C#.Net, WCF, Asp.Net MVC and UI. .Excellent communication skills. .Experience in onsite offshore model is plus. .Experience in Banking and financial services is plus.
