Day to Day : The Integrations Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager will perform the dual role of managing and performing analysis functions for integration projects necessary to be completed for an enterprise-wide systems implementation effort. The BSA/PM will lead/manage the project effort, be the liaison between the business unit and the technical team; perform business requirements analysis, create functional specifications and test plans, and facilitate all efforts throughout the project development lifecycle. This position will manage resources in accordance with the project plan, ensure issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner and will assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. The ability to clearly define integration functional requirements and coordinate with the technical team where development is needed is crucial.
