*Qualifications and **Required Skills : * We are looking for a basis lead for a large SAP implementation with components such as ECC, CRM, BO, BI, SCM, SRM, GRC, GTS, Sol.Man, PI, CLM, EP, MDM etc with the following skills - 10 – 12 Years of experience out of which 8 – 10 Years in SAP Basis - Should have worked as basis lead in at least 2 – 3 mid to large full cycle implementations - Must have a thorough understanding of the end-to-end aspects of a SAP implementations - Should have 4 – 5 Years of experience on NW java technology - Should have strong OS/DB skills - Should demonstrate ability to work with different groups at customer locations - Be able to take a plan, direct the team and efficiently deliver it - Should be self motivated to follow through on tasks and issues and get them completed - Excellent communication skills – both oral and written – are a must - Travel will be necessary.
