*Title:* *Cisco Voice Engineer* posted on 2013-08-01 14:15:16 *Job Description:**Position: Cisco Voice Engineer* *Location: Tampa, FL * *Duration: 6 Months+* *Required Skills:* · Cisco Voice Engineer · Responsible for the installation, modification, testing and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications network. · Understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products: Call Manager (versions 8.x – 9.x) Unity Connection, Instant Messaging and Presence (IM&P), SRST, ATA's, VG224’s, Transcoding, Dial Peer configuration, and Digit manipulation Provides connectivity and network support to LAN/WAN communications. · Implements hardware and software upgrades that will improve the performance and reliability of the voice solution. · Experience with Voice Protocols and Media: H.323, H.248, SIP, MGCP, SCCP, RTP/RTCP, Voice Codec troubleshooting · Experience with Signaling Protocols - ISDN, CAS, Analog, T1/E1 PRI, E&M · Excellent troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time. · Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly interact with the customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the IT teams. · Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change and Incident management meetings.
