The ideal candidate will have prior IT Operations management/support experience, service management experience and software development experience over the course of their career. We are seeking a proven leader that will be responsible for resolving issues on an enterprise level that affect multiple solution development groups (development through production implementation) as well as the current or future operational support of the solution. The person in this role will be responsible for working collaboratively with the stakeholders to understand the issues and develop a direction to see that an enterprise acceptable solution in pursued.
