This position is expected to participate in the full development life cycle for enhancements and customizations, helping in the successful implementation and efficient ongoing support and operations of the business system. · The Senior SOA Developer has the critical responsibilities of ensuring the quality of the software architecture and function, vendor's modifications, as well as any enhancements and customizations, meets or exceeds the clients standards. A key set of these initiatives involves the deployment of common administrative systems and shared business processes. The first of several major system implementations will be a common HR/Payroll system for all of nearly 200,000 employees. · The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a facilitator and expert-level functional resource throughout the PeopleSoft HCM implementation with a focus on Oracle SOA, PeopleSoft Application Security, and PeopleSoft Portal. Participation in other aspects of the implementation ranging from interface and integration with PeopleSoft HCM, other systems, and third party service providers will also be required. · This position will provide leadership for reviewing new business processes and solution designs to ensure that cross functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during system configuration. · The Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather and document requirements, define and document setup and configuration, review specifications, and may conduct & facilitate fit/gap analysis and design sessions. This position will provide expert-level functional support for product enhancements and customizations from concept to completion, helping to drive the successful implementation and ongoing production support and evolution of the Oracle Fusion Middleware, PeopleSoft Application Security, and PeopleSoft Portal areas. · The Senior Business Systems Analyst will provide advanced daily production support services for customers and ITS, including research and resolution of customer inquiries and requests, functional configuration of the system, PeopleSoft security administration, data analysis and reporting, customer training, and on-call services to support effective and efficient production operations of the system.
