   - Leadership qualities, including ability to facilitate technical
   discussions with diverse and cross-functional groups, time management,
   organizational and negotiation skills
   - Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt
   and change priorities as the business needs change
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability
   to tailor communication to the  target audience to achieve desired results
   - Understanding of latest trends and technologies including mobile based
   applications preferred

I had a talk with client and expressed our challenges on sourcing a Oracle
HRMS candidates and here are some concessions that they gave โ€“

They are willing to let go all skills except โ€“ *OAB and Annual
Enrollment,*if a candidate has good skills in these two areas then
that is fine

And it has to be a CTH or permanent position.



Key skills after 1 interview -OAB, Payroll and CWB(part of
OAB).Techno-functional skills required, be able to Design.

*Need C++ Developer in Windows environment at Houston, TX for 6 months
contract*



7+ years of experience in Embedded C/C++, C# and Win32 APIs on Windows.
Solid experience in writing Windows services and Embedded C,C++
Strong expertise in Windows OS internals.
Demonstrated expertise with tools and techniques used in Windows debugging.
Experience with developing Windows drivers is a strong plus.
Experience with developing InstallShield based Installer application is a
strong plus.
Cross platform development experience in Linux is a plus.

Modules: GL, Project Costing, AP and AR.
Experience in:
- Specifically implementation with VAT regulations
- Very strong in GL multiple ledgers
- Strong in Intercompany + reconciliations
- Strong Multi-currency experience
- Strong in Project Costing > = 2 implementations
- AR, AP, Bi, AM, T & E, CM, deal Management, Mandate management (all nice
to have)
- Strong technical background โ€“ experience in Peoplecode, CI, APP engine
and Integration technologies
- Reporting:- nVision
