Work closely with customer to define a UX pattern library (which will help define guidelines for all their enterprise applications) by understanding their complex business workflows 2. Help evangelize user experience with the development and business teams 3. Define interaction design to help improve their existing applications Skills: 1. Must have experience in defining UX design patterns (interaction patterns, navigational patterns, etc.) 2. Create wireframes using Axure (or iRise) to help showcase the patterns 3. Create visually compelling concepts when required following the client's brand guidelines 4. Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with a globally distributed team (US, Scandinavia, India) 5.
