Title: C#.NET Developer posted on 2013-12-12 13:58:55 Job Description: *DESCRIPTION:* We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Principal Engineer to join the Data Management Software Development team and participate in new product development of data management solutions for medical devices. *Primary Responsibilities:* Technical expert in the creation and development of software components and applications for medical devices and ancillaries. Participates in definition, design, construction, testing and debugging of new software products, or enhancements to existing software products. Supports the implementation of, and improvements to, software development processes and procedures, toolsets and technologies. Collaborates with Research and Development staff to identify solutions for, and resolve issues with, product software. Programming interfaces with medical devices for data acquisition, data management and analysis. Multi-device simultaneous acquisition programming. Assists in training and supervision of less experienced software engineering staff. Conducts feasibility of proposed designs to determine their ability to function as intended. Crafts and maintains detailed documentation, for both internal and external customers, throughout all phases of software product development. Job Requirements: *Specific Skills and/or knowledge, credentials, or professional certifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and 8 years of experience. Proficiency with *TCP/IP* client/server multi-threaded programming in C# .NET ASP.NET 3.5 or 4.0 Microsoft SQL 2008 CSS, HTML, JavaScript Extensive experience in all phases of the software development life-cycle. Knowledgeable in source control management and configuration, software development applications and integrated development environments. Ability to exercise independent judgment under minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills.
