Requirements include: ‘Dimensional’ model design experience in multiple projects is required. Data model will be first a ‘logical model’(dimensions, facts, and attributes). 5 years minimum in Data Warehouse and Data Mart projects with a progression to senior DB design responsibilities. 5 years minimum experience with Database design tasks (overall experience, regardless of type of project).
