Candidate should have SE/Design experience with feasibility/proof of concept or testing/troubleshooting experience with some experience and potential to pivot to design role. *Overall skills and experience:* PROVEN Systems Engineering experience(authoring technical solution, use case and requirements documents, problem solving skills) preferably in service provider/large scale environment PROVEN experience in solutioning complex architectures spanning many functional elements and layers (L3 to L7) and work in multi-organizational area, including working with vendors - expert Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) Analytical experience (spreadsheet/scripted assessments, models such as capacity, benefits tradeoffs, etc) - intermediate Agile process - entry level: Agile toolset for requirements sharing and tracking - entry level? Technical project management or realization experience *Skill and Experience Details:* -->Telecom(L3)-Should have good understanding of one of the telecom domains(Wireless, EMS/NMS, Optical, VNGN, and Data/Access Networks)and the deployment scenarios of the corresponding products. Should be able to analyze requirement and estimate for features and list risks. Should have capability to design a functional block/ module. Should have the hands-on knowledge in designing of features. Should be able to translate the telecom standards into implementation and to design the protocols/ functional entities. Should be familiar with test tools and test environment. -->Network Devices(L2)-Should be able to Configure and Implement various Devices & Tools for Network Management, Performance Management, Traffic Shaping, Bandwidth Management, IPAddress Management, etc Ability to configure and implement Network Load Balancing devices like Cisco CSS/CSM, BigIP F5, Radware etc. Should be able totroubleshoot and manage network devices and its associated elements.
