Role : Flex Developer Location: Union, NJ-On-Site –No looking for remote workers. Duration: 6 plus Months Overview: · Participating in the analysis, design and development of client/server web applications · Developing client/server applications with a service-based backend · Developing “pixel-perfect” components from design comps · Develop the Flex UI component of the product Required Experience · Five plus years of strong background in Adobe Flex development including latest Flex SDK (4.5 and above). · Must have development experience in touch devices like kiosk’s, phones, vending machines etc. · Superior knowledge of front-end coding technologies including HTML/XHTML(including HTML5), CSS, JavaScript (and various toolkits JQuery, Script.aculo.us, Zepto, Dojo), AJAX, JSON, DOM Scripting · Solid understanding of web best practices and standards and fully embrace Web Standards · Thorough knowledge of performance optimization techniques to speed up the sites · Strong command of cross-browser development techniques and browser degradation strategies · Very strong knowledge of the Flash platform with of ActionScript 3 and Flex experience · Experience with highly-scalable, consumer facing applications a must · Robotlegs, Swiz and Cairngorm Dependency Injection AS3 design pattern experience · Experience working or integrating Spark component architecture.
