*Position:* Security Consultant *Location:* Phoenix, AZ *Duration:* 12 month contract with possible extensions. *Onsite(Face To Face) interview will be required. * *Required skills:* - Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science - 5+ years of experience in aligning and developing security processes and policy (including security incident management). - Experience in development of a Strategic Security Plan that optimizes the security performance of the system within an approved budget. - Experience in developing testing strategy and plan and methodologies to include standard, negative, and agency performed penetration testing. - Experience in developing strategic enterprise security plan through evaluation of existing business priorities, risks, assessments, and threats. - Experience in performing a variety of security audits/assessments, which among other things may include risk assessments, gap analyses, network and infrastructure reviews, intrusion/ penetration testing - Experience in Business Continuity Plan. - Experience with federal and state security requirements. - Experience in security audits. - Experience in analyzing reported problems or concerns with team. - Experience in coordinating the evaluation, management and remediation of any reported incidents to include project management, project planning, project status and reporting. - Experience in the development of a security budget for the project. - Experience in identifying and communicating, security incidents and mitigation of the incidents, particularly related to Medicaid eligibility systems, State Based Exchanges and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace. - Experience in developing the Security Strategic plan and to mitigate risks. - Thorough understanding of both HIPAA Privacy and Security rules as well as industry standards are required.
