The ISS lead is also responsible for ensuring SOX/PCI compliance. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · System resource management: Supervise direct reporting staff, delegate work duties and oncall rotation, set employee goals and objectives according to overall company policy, coordination of staff training · Analyze and resolve second level problems with Windows servers, VMWare, RHEL, and resident third-party vendor software. · Hardware and Firmware Management: Duties as they pertain to server and related hardware components, to include management and troubleshooting, system health monitoring, performance analysis, pre-failure alerting, firmware upgrade maintenance, and warranty repair coordination. · System Software: Reviews, analyzes, develops, installs, and modifies system run books. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with operating systems. Detects, diagnoses, and reports related problems. · Providing ongoing application support and monitoring as well as issue resolution as necessary to support production, staging, and development environments. · Hold regular status meetings with team and keep team well informed of changes within the organization and general Affinion Group news. · System Security: Duties include system security auditing, breach searching, threat evaluation, anti-virus management, and enforcement of system access policies in accordance with SOX and PCI requirements. · Perform software upgrades and monthly patch installs · TCP/IP Functions and Client Services: Duties include management of VMWare, F5 Load Balancers, Active Directory, HTTP, inter-server communications, RPC functions, directory replication, and related functions. · Monitor staff performance including performance reviews · Performs related duties as required *QUALIFICATIONS:* · BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience · MCSE Certified · Six years related experience in Windows operating systems administration · Must have advanced knowledge of and experience with VMWare, Windows 2008, RHEL 6, and advanced experience with TCP/IP protocols and troubleshooting. Operating experience with Active Directory and domain security and Windows clustering is important. · Previous experience with SOX or PCI compliance and audits.
