Job Description:*Position* *Senior Developer ( Data/ETL Architect & Risk
Data/AML) - #5792*
*Duration: 9 months+*
*Location: Jersey City, NJ*

*Job Responsibilities:*

   - Risk Management Architect / Senior ETL developer works primarily on
   the data needs for the Anti Money Laundering (running on Mantas platform) ,
   Trade Surveillance, Sales Surveillance, Complaince Data repository and
   various reporting applications.
   - Looking for candidates worked in financial domain for long time - last
   3-4 assignments atleast; last three long assignments using heavy design,
   ETL (Informatica 9.x) and database (Oracle10, 11g).


*Required Skills:*

   - Overall *8+ years of ETL methodology* and *data design* experience
   - Expert Knowledge in *Informatica 9.1 development* and able to trouble
   shoot the issues independently.
   - Experience with *Oracle 10 / 11g*.
   - Experience working with *Very Large Databases* and *Data
Warehouse*environments.
   - Experience with *Redhat Linux Server*. Proficiency in *UNIX shell
   scripting* is needed.
   - Minimum 8 years total ETL development experience. Expert level
   development using Informatica PowerCenter 9.1
   - *5+ yrs Oracle experience* * SQL (must be very strong in SQL) - *Oracle
   10g experience* is mandatory.
   - *3+ years *Oracle experience* * PL/SQL*
   - *3+ years* experience with *Linux (Preferably Redhat) and Shell
   Scripting*.
   - Good working knowledge *of XML and schemas* in Informatica PowerCenter.
   - Looking for candidates who have recently worked in the *financial
   domain* for a long time - (their last 3-4 assignments at least;) using
   heavy design, *ETL (Informatica 9.x*) and database (*Oracle10, 11g*).
   - Total IT Experience of Years Required: *10+ years*



*Preferred Skills:*


   - *Prior experience* in building the *Compliance Data Repository* for *Risk
   data integration*.
   - Working knowledge of dimensional and relational modeling required.
   - *Financial compliance* Industry experience pertaining to *Anti Money
   Laundering*, Trade Surveillance
   - Knowledge of *Business Objects* software and Universes.
   - Good to have Knowledge of *Java Script, HTML, J2EE* concepts
   - Required Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Management




*Job Description:*


   - Primarily responsible for the Data &ETL architecture, Design and
   Development for data integration efforts surrounding the Risk & Compliance
   systems.
   - Establish, maintain and enforce ETL architecture design principles,
   techniques, standards and best practices.
   - Drive the technical design of ETL reference architecture to ensure
   high data quality, data integration performance and error recovery/handling.
   - Collaborate with Business Analysts, and DBAs to understand business
   requirements, data, and optimize ETL performance.
   - Develop complex ETL mappings on Informatica 9.1 platform as part of
   the Anti Money Laundering and Risk Data integration efforts.
   - Lead team of junior ETL developers of varying experience levels in
   building and supporting ETL processes for systems.
   - Develop and deploy utilities on Informatica 9.1 platform that assist
   in the daily maintenance of the ETL platform and automation of the jobs.
   - Performances tune the workflows on 9.1 platform as part of the upgrade
   and development.
   - Provide hands on support for production ETL processes
