The below job description is the IT version of this role. You may use this as a guide, but focus on the info above as well. The key is Material Master experience with SAP. Summary This is a Senior Business Analyst position with primary responsibility for maintaining data definition and guidance documentation and supporting active and passive data quality and governance activities for Material Master data in SAP. Responsibilities * Collaborate cross functionally to understand business requirements and document data definitions, business rules, and data management processes and roles. * Draft and maintain the data dictionary, related guidance and job aids * Draft and deliver training to groups and individuals in person and via web conference * Assist with design, implementation and testing of active and passive data governance strategies by writing requirements, test scenarios, and scripts executing testing and work with the technical team to resolve defects * Support the development and deployment of data quality reports and collaborate with data stewards resolve data issues * Draft training content related to master data meaning, usage and create, maintain and stewardship processes * Develop appropriate data quality metrics and strategies and tools to monitor actual data quality and process effectiveness Required Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of experience creating data definition documentation and facilitating stakeholder review and documenting data and process flows * Experience writing training materials and job aids related to data definitions, governance rules and processes * Familiarity with the dimensions of data quality and experience developing corresponding data quality reports * Minimum of 4 years experience supporting data cleansing or enrichment activities by creating reports, collaborating with business users, initiating appropriate update process, providing regular status reporting * Minimum of 4 years SAP ECC material master experience * Intermediate knowledge of SAP ECC material master table structure and data dependencies for one or more major process flow: procurement, planning, engineering change management, order management, order fulfillment, warehouse mgmt / logistics, environmental health & safety or trade compliance * Advanced data analysis and manipulation experience SQL, BI/BW, SE16, SQVI * Experience with material master data management tools such as SAP Data Services, BackOffice Associates (BOA), WinShuttle, Vistex DMR etc. · Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Visio or equivalent Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Vistex DMR and SAP Data Services and Information Steward * Lean or Six Sigma certification · Experience with validated system methodologies · Key Skills * Excellent technical writing skills · Customer service orientation Thanks & Regards, Sampath Arra | Technical Recruiter [image: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: aclat logo.jpg] Aclat, Incorporated| Recruiting Team IT SERVICES | Consulting - Development - Staffing 5 E.
