Additionally they would need real experience in an Agile environment and exposure working in a PM capacity. Retail experience would be a real plus. · This would be more of a BA role. At least 3 years of BA experience with quite a bit of documentation duties. · Working with the business and gathering requirements would be part of it. · There are PM components where they will be following up with our team for status and issues. Ideally have some direct PM experience, at least 2 projects. · Also NEED to be agile trained, this person would need solid understanding and experience in an agile environment. · Additionally this is all around the Tibco EMS and integration development.
