Title: Reporting Analyst - SQL posted on 2014-04-16 14:32:57 Job Description:Duration: Long Term contract Role: Reporting Analyst - SQL Location: Burlington, MA. The incumbent for this position will be tasked with using primary and secondary data sets to draw conclusions and help support the PPMN operations and marketing teams and enable clients to make sound business decisions. The Reporting Analyst responsibilities include: * Responsible for coming up with solutions for delivery, forecasting, channel deep-dive analysis, campaign optimization techniques and portfolio/attribution management for all PPMN campaigns. * Help analyze campaign performance metrics and determine streamlined approaches to optimize all channels more efficiently. * Exhibit absolute attention to details allowing him/her to validate results for the highest level of accuracy and key findings. * Use various software tools, primarily SQL queries, Excel, Teradata, SAS, and various web-based applications to generate reports as needed, generate targeted campaign lists, support ad hoc queries and be responsible for special projects requiring research, data mining, modeling, and data manipulation QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum five to seven years of experience in a similar position that entailed sophisticated data manipulation and strong, concise reporting. Areas of expertise should include data analytics, reporting, and marketing / email marketing. * Successful candidate for this role will have technical skills and experience that include: SQL - advanced to expert level. Data warehouse / data modeling - Teradata data warehouse experience would be best, but not 100% required.
