Comply with the established release & project management processes and assist with the creation of requirements, solution specifications, technical and other pertinent documentation for developing a new Build of the corporate PC standard. Analyze the requirements and solution specifications and develop a comprehensive testing strategy for establishing test cases and execution of test steps. This person will perform the combined duties of a testing engineer and provide technical assistance in a critical project.* *Skills: * *Must have excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills. Operating systems experience (Windows 7, Windows 8) especially imaging, software installations, and automated provisioning via SCCM. Must have extensive experience with testing, patching, supporting and troubleshooting Windows platforms; familiarity with Apple Mac OS a plus.* *Education: * *Must have a bachelor's degree, plus 3+ years working experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry in a client technical support role.
