* 8+ years of experience in the Airline Domain.
* 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst role in Agile projects
* 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst for e-commerce Website
* Excellencein airline functional knowledge and working experience of
Business Analyst in large customers
* Experience in RESERVATION, BOOKING, E-COMMERCE, LOYALTY, ANCILLARY and
SALES & MARKETING
* Good to have Consulting experience/Technology expertise
* Functional acumen to work with business towards new opportunities
* Be flexible and acomodative
* Responsible to interact professionally with a diverse group including
Executives (VPs & Directors), Managers and SMEs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other
departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in
a cross-functional environment.
* Interact with business and technical SMEs to gather business requirements
and translate them into technical requirements for the project development
* To work with TCS & other vendors towards business solution reviews
* Elicit requirements by conducting interviews, data analysis, business
process descriptions, Use cases, scenarios, business and work flow analysis.
* Collaborate with technical teams and business units to determine the best
possible reporting mechanism
* Be a liaison between, development, technology and internal business units
* Closely work with QA team to convert the requirements and design into set
of test scripts to verify the end client needs
* Excellent airline functional knowledge and working experie
