Title: Java Developer with Curam posted on 2014-04-29 09:02:34 Job Description:Job Title*: Senior .Java Developer with Curam* Location: Las Vegas, NV Duration: *3+ Months* *Interview Type: Phone Hire* Position Classification: Sr/JAVA Developer CuramDuties: Position will function as a Developer for the software development of requirements, design and construction of a Curam v6 implementation for a Social Service case management application. Duties will include: q Analyze, design and develop application extensions using the Curam developer toolset and Java/J2EE. Leverage and effectively use OOTB Curam COTS functionality, while customizing to address the needs of the business. q Analyze and modify application software code to fix defects and address changes. q Develop and perform unit and systems test plans and report on test results. q Perform product release management. q Create and update design specifications and systems documentation. q Provide technical support and guidance during implementation, deployment activities and maintenance activities. q Adhere to Social Services and Information Technology policies and procedures q Maintain and communicate accurate status of work performed. q Maintain current knowledge of technology and new computer applications. q May be required to drive a personal motor vehicle in the course of the work. Special Skills: q Min. 2-5 years of verifiable Curam and JAVA development experience in developing and designing solutions for an eligibility/human services system. q Experience in one or more of the following Curam categories: • Conversion • Training • Rules documentation/development in Curam • Workflow documentation/development in Curam • Designing and developing interfaces to the Curam framework • Batch programs and/or Screens q Experience with Java, WebSphere, Web Services, SOAP, JMS, WSDL, and XML. q Knowledge of operation of personal computers, standard office software, SDLC, and IBM Rational tools required. q Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills. q Ability to self-direct and work with minimal direction while meeting critical deadlines. q Ability to prepare clear, concise and detailed requirement and design documentation. q Ability to work effectively with project team members. *Preferred:* • Curam Certified Developer • Experience integrating Curam to ERP or 3rd party Human Health COTS. • Experience with Rational Toolset and WebSphere ESB. • Experience with any of the following Curam modules: · Financial Management, Service Planning, Intelligent Evidence Gathering, Global Income Support Screening, Reporting, Administration Suite, Decision Assist, Provider Management, Supervisor Workspace, Verification, Citizen Portal. Other: Will be subject to background checks and required to enter into confidentiality and security agreements.
