*Job Description* Responsible for supporting the Information Technology (IT) Department with the implementation, deployment, upgrade and maintenance of a new Salesforce (Convio) CRM. This Salesforce based system is the heart of our business processes and serves as a platform/foundation for growth and innovation. Following our CRM go-live in September, many projects, improvements and bug fixes remain to bring our system to optimal productivity and efficiency. This position will work with a staff CRM developer to support incremental improvements and features to this core system using agile/scrum software development methods/principles in close collaboration with users *Required Skills* - Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Salesforce.com - Experience with the full cycle of software development on the web, particularly in an agile environment: design, coding, testing, release, maintenance · Experience coding with Salesforce platform and applications using APEX.
