Job Description:*Minimum Requirements:*

• Manage and provide response to all HRIS issues; determine and communicate
resolutions consistent with HRIS customer service model. Experience
• 5+ years' experience as an HRIS professional in a business of similar
size and complexity.
• 2+ years of PeopleSoft HR (or similar ERP suite) knowledge.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience. Principal Duties and
Responsibilities • Develop, document, and implement procedures to
streamline existing HRIS processes.

*Description:*

HRIS Analyst will provide consultative and hands-on functional, technical,
and analytical support for HR Systems Infrastructure. • Coordinate with IT
and HR teams to gather key business requirements for HRIS Projects,
identify system solutions, create functional design documents and implement
solutions.
• Play a key role in ensuring that HR Data in PeopleSoft and other HR
systems is accurate and in compliance with various internal and external
audit protocols.
• Leverage HR data to deliver key metrics to global leadership.
• Manage and provide response to all HRIS issues; determine and communicate

• 5+ years' experience as an HRIS professional in a business of similar
size and complexity.
• 2+ years of PeopleSoft HR (or similar ERP suite) knowledge.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience. Principal Duties and
Responsibilities • Develop, document, and implement procedures to
streamline existing HRIS processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and work with HR Managers
to educate stakeholders.
• Write and maintain reports/queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools,
including PS Query.
• Act as a liaison between IT, HR Business Owners, and Global HR Managers
to research, diagnosis and resolve HR Systems inquiries.
• Take the lead on projects tied to HR Systems upgrades, patches, testing,
and other technical projects as required.
• Build project plans, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Participate in projects related to system changes, enhancements,
upgrades, and conversions.
• Consult with internal business partners to analyze and understand
functions to be automated, business needs, objectives, desired features,
and input and output requirements.
• Create, facilitate, and implement highly independent project requirements
in specialized areas of Human Resources.
• Complete System Testing for any enhancements to HR Systems.
• Routinely audit information in PeopleSoft and other HR systems for
accuracy.
• Design, develop, and implement HR metrics and analytics for senior
leadership
