The incumbent for this position will be tasked with providing technical support to clients on issues that combined electronics components using low voltage and their connectivity to systems using controllers and relays; required profound understanding of how electrical circuits communicate to electronics components like door controllers, video cameras, elevator controllers etc. Serve as escalation point to Tier-I. . The Technical Support Specialist responsibilities include: • Function as customer contact for all assigned customer cases by providing telephone and web based technical support. • Re-create customer problems and testing customer configurations in-house to help diagnose problems.
