The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Skill and Experience Requirements: 10+ years of progressive experience developing applications with Java and J2EE technologies (EJB, JMS, JSP, JDBC). 1+ Experience with frameworks, especially Spring, Hibernate and Struts. 3+ Experience with test driven development and automated unit testing using JUnit. 2+ Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), OO Design & Development. 3+ Experience with building and communicating with WebServices. 3+ years of experience developing with an RDBMS (Oracle preferred) and SQL. Must have experience with stored procedures and triggers Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent time management skills.
