*PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 FunctionalLocation: Delray Beach, FL* *Duration: 5+* *Interview mode: Phone hire* - *Will be responsible for assisting with portions of the functional design, analysis & implementation for the HR / Payroll Systems Conversion Program.* *- Will be responsible for creating functional design specification documents and coordinating & conducting system integration, conversion, and user acceptance testing. * - Will lead the analysis for portions of the HR/Payroll Systems Conversion Program working with HR IT & and the project implementation management team. - Will be responsible for planning, coordinating cross business area teams and managing HR Systems testing for data conversions, data validation processes, in addition to working with business areas and IT to achieve system re-engineering, system updates & change initiatives. *- Must be a strong Subject Matter Expert and consultative resource to the organization regarding all aspects of the following modules: * *ESS, MSS, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance Management for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 application. * - Will act as a proactive interface between the internal HR global business partners and the IT technical resources ensuring the success & accuracy of HR Systems initiatives, data conversions, new upload programs, non-HR business area initiatives and system changes requiring a high level of complexity. - Will provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Analysts for identifying & implementing system solutions. *Required Skills / Experience:* *- PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM / HRMS functional experience* *- Able to write and troubleshoot PS Queries* *- Able to create a new processes and also troubleshoot existing processes* - Great communication skills and ability to work with others in a team - Ability to work with business users and 3rd party vendors Must be able to work with highly confidential data & information, with the utmost personal & professional integrity. Must have a high degree of organizational savvy & practical "street smarts" in handling HR information.
