Title: Business Analyst posted on 2014-06-10 19:21:50 Job Description:Description BA candidate must be highly analytical with demonstrated experience in critical thinking and analytical problem solving. Duties include business process analysis, redesign, implementation, test planning and system testing, as well as translating business requirements into functional requirements (BRD's) and/or technical specifications for project managers to administer to development teams. Work closely with business partners to develop sound test plans, test scripts and resolve testing discrepancies by accurately assessing output against expected results. Job Requirements: - Ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll systems. Candidate will provide business analysis support for the Global Payroll organization and act as a liaison between business partners and technical staff, so they must be able to interact with all levels of co-workers. - Must be able to work independently and meet project deadlines and goals. - Prior functional system testing experience required to manage and execute testing plans within concurrent environment and phases. - Should have 5+ years of IT experience as a business analyst with at least 3 years of Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS systems. Global payroll implementation experience is a plus. - Payroll systems and lifecycle background is ideal match. - Excellent communication and documentation skills are critical.
