Mainframe MVS JCL programming experience 3. Experience with Teradata load utilities 4. Testable strong SQL with complex queries 5. Proficient testing skills – unit, system, and integration 6. Experience tuning ETL for performance and efficiency 7. Experience creating and executing large scale testing plans 8. Very good verbal and written communication skills 9.
