*Position*: Facets QA Test Lead *Duration*: Thru end of Nov, strong possibility of an extension *Location*: Orange, CA *Overview/Reqs*: · Minimum of 7 years of testing experience with some leadership or management experience. • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in health care or related organization or QA environment within IT organization. • Minimum of 7 years’ experience with payor systems including but not limited to: FACETs, Amisys, QNXT, Diamond etc. • Thorough knowledge using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development methods and relationship to testing activities. • Thorough knowledge of requirements in different testing levels (i.e., unit, integration, system, UAT). • Thorough understanding of industry-defined testing services / methodologies (i.e., waterfall, iterative, agile). • Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate and implement test approach, test plan and test cases. • Direct, hands-on experience using commercial test management software or automation software. • Advanced proficiency, using MS Office Suite, Windows operating system, • Ability to conceptualize ideas with practical applications. • Knowledge of database tables, relations, data types and values • Understands data modeling concepts (i.e., the entity-relation model) and their applications: entities and tables, relations and constraints, attribute data types and column data types.
