A flexible, Customer Service oriented Project Manager needed.
Responsibilities will include building borrower portal where documents can
be uploaded, statements viewed and payments can be made. Assisting with
upgrade of all company websites.

·         Recent experience in loan servicing and wholesale or retail loan
origination.

·         Must have mortgage background.

*Job Description:  *
Application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition,
planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and
stakeholder needs and expectations. Requires partnership with SBB (Small
Business Banking) Business, Operations, and IT teams, which may be located
at multiple sites, to support effective delivery.

Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential
project methodologies.  Serves as subject matter expert on Agile
development methods and processes, specifically Scrum.  Typically possesses
most skills of the traditional project manager.

Able to provide clear concise communication with agile teams and mid-level
management.
Support the product development process:
• Facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews,
retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other activities as
needed
• Coach teams in adopting and executing  the Agile methodology (Scrum)

Scrum-related meetings:
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
• Maintain process documentation
• Ensure the development teams are practicing the Agile principles

Support the Product Owner:
• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
• Creates forum for communicating vision, goals, and Product Backlog items
to the team
• Teaching the team to create clear and concise Backlog items
• Understanding long-term product planning
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency,
and radiating information
• Assist with prioritization and resolution of impediments

Support the product team:
• Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards,
tools, and best practices
• Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions
• Ensure that risks and dependencies are appropriately identified, assigned
and resolved
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
• Empower the team to self-organize

*Qualifications: *
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality
types
• Ability to quickly engage and understand new topics with no prior
knowledge at a high level
• A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
• Collaborative approach to driving decisions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to
detail
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 2-4 years of project management
experience and 1-2 years of Scrum Master experience
• Banking experience preferred
• Scaled Agile Framework experience preferred
