Delivery responsibilities: · Responsible for the design, development, documentation, and testing of solutions/projects · Timely technical and implementation project completion · Seek out ways to improve development, configuration and implementation efforts providing clients with long term value via technological modifications Position Requirements: Software Application products Development/Implementation/Configuration experience required Siebel Specific: · Minimum 3+ years cumulative experience in two or more of the following: EAI, Order Management, eCommunications, Siebel Analytics/OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, ETL, Informatica, EIM, Workflow, Assignment Manager · 5+ years Siebel experience highly desired · Certification level on version 7.0 or greater highly desired · Version 8.x "hands on" experience · Version 7.x/8.x Upgrade Experience · 3-5 years of IT consulting experience Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to express complex business concepts verbally as well as via presentation in technical terms. Scope of work for the resource - primary Configuration of Products: · Create new Service Instance for new product (Hosted PBX, Managed Services etc) · Attributes · Ordering rules (guard rails) · Dependent products · USOC mapping [external catalog id mapping] · Create Term, termination using a Billing Price Product (BPP) - commitment and penalty calculation · Create Packages and display that in a new tab called "Packages\Features" · Creation of new tabs/relationships for new products · Changes to existing SI (to make it obsolete or Grandfathered) · Associate existing plans (calling plans) to the new service instance -secondary Integration: · Submission of orders to M6 (reuse existing interface and map additional attributes) · After provisioning is completed, submit a request to Kenan for billing.
