Position: QA with ALM Duration is around 4 Months Work location is New York. Rate - $40-45/hr. on C2C Max *Primary Skill: 7 years of experience in;* · ALM/QC and any test management tool · QA Automation (QTP, Selenium) · Very good experience in Rally, TFS, WIKI · Strong communication & Client management skills · Test Effort Estimation techniques, Test Planning, *Roles & Responsibilities: * · Test Estimation, Test Strategy & Scope, Test Preparation, test execution in QC · Defect Management in QC · Leading daily status and defect review calls · Coordination with offshore /onshore development team and project team · Test status reporting and Test summary reporting · Managing and leading various QA projects in AGILE and V-Model and Waterfall approach. · Extensive experience in preparing/executing Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Business Scenarios, Bi-Directional Traceability Matrix · Test Management, People Management, Risk Mitigation and Leakage Analysis through Quality center. · Seasoned with handling team at multi-locations. · Well acquainted with SDLC, Test Methodologies. · Strong Test management experience of both Agile and waterfall projects. · Can directly worked with Clients, Business Users and Development Teams in resolving issues and clarifications. · Consolidation, analysis and reporting QA Metrics and SLA metrics to internal management team and client management team. *K.M.
