My name is *Vikram Reddy* we have a job opportunity for you as a *Scrum Master* one of our client based at *Louisville, KY*. *Job Title:Scrum Master* *Location:Louisville, KY * *Duration:6 Months * *Start date:ASAP.* *Job Description:* *Description:* · Act as Scrum master for 1-2 Ogile (offshore Agile) scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work · Facilitate iteration planning, retrospective and iteration demos. · Ensure cross-team coordination. · Liaise between the developers and other central IT functions such as Systems, DBA, and Release. Foster better communication between the disciplines · Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams · Track, monitor and manage productivity and timelines using the available Agile tools · Sets and works within deadlines.
