The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain and provide software solutions for mortgage servicing, state and federal compliance, and financial systems. *Key Accountabilities:* Design new software solutions utilizing IBM software development practices Develop software solutions for backend business system environments utilizing Microsoft .NET (C#) and SQL Server 2008/2012 Ability to write code/have hands-on experience as well as working with a small team of developers through design/implementation phases of SDLC Required Core Competencies Accountability: Able to take responsibility for all work activities and personal actions Fostering Teamwork: The ability and desire to work cooperatively with others on a team; demonstrate interest, skill and success in getting groups to learn to work together Personal Credibility: Demonstrated concern that one be perceived as responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Results Orientation: The ability to focus on the desired results of one’s own or one’s team work; setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them Written Communication: The ability to express oneself clearly in business writing *Required Qualifications:* Five (5) years of experience designing and developing n-tier Windows applications. *Five (5) years of experience in the Microsoft .NET environment. (C#, ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET>, and VSS/TFS)* *Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (Query Analyzer, TSQL, Stored Procedures, and SSIS* Five or more years of experience in Object Oriented Programming Five or more years of experience t in relational data modeling principles and techniques Five or more years of experience designing applications that run on mission critical high volume databases *Preferred Qualifications:* *Five (5) years of MVC/ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> experience* Five (5) years’ experience in high volume batch processing design and support Five (5) years’ experience in state and federal level compliance related projects Five (5) years’ experience in financial lending industry/mortgage servicing .
