Manager Notes: looking for a strong PeopleSoft BA - gather
requirements/functional
specs, PeopleSoft Support background and benefits configuration experience.
6-month contract with potential of extension. Position must be on-site.
Business Analysis
* Partner with HR functional teams to identify and document business
requirements
necessary to provide requested business solution.
* Perform fit gap analysis necessary to insure that appropriate functional
solution is identified.
* Work with HRIT developer throughout the development process to insure that
all necessary information has been documented, in order to create the requested
solution.
* Work with functional teams to insure appropriate test plan has been created.
* Facilitate the functional team members gain the necessary security in order
to run the requested solution.
* Document existing business processes and refine future processes
Support
* Monitor, respond and resolve tickets and issues submitted by business
partners.
* Perform mass loads into the PeopleSoft system as needed.
* Monitor and coordinate the implementation of compliance software necessary
to insure Cargill system compliance
Requirements
* 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
* 5+ years as a business analyst in an HR I/T or HR function
* 2+ years of Benefits Administration
Nice To Have:
* Ability to run SQL database queries
* MS Excel/Access experience
