Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS 1. Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in IT Security and Infrastructure Service Management 2. Strong experience in network and systems security, not only a key understanding of overall concepts, but also the ability to make decisions about implementation policies, processes and develop solutions to network and security problems. 3. Experience in Information Security, Risk Management, Governance, Security Policy Assurance and Compliance. Hands-On experience in the GRC tool is a must. 4. Good Understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and other relevant compliance such as, NERC CIP and SOX is a must 5. Experience in conducting Process Audits, Controls Testing and Reporting 6. Knowledge in Risk Assessment and Conducted or Participated in Internal Audits. 7. Experience in ITSM Process Design and knowledge in ITSM tools is a plus. 8. Good understanding of information security and its impact on IT Infrastructure Services & Compliance Management 9. Good analytical and problem solving skills; Excellent communication and influencing skills. 10. Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM is a plus. Roles & Responsibilities 1.
