*POSITION*

*Salesforce.com Admin with Implementation Experience*

*Location:  San Francisco, CA (locals only)*

*Duration:  6 months contract*

*Rate: $65/hr on C2C*

*Purpose:*
Manage the Bank's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service to help
meet the Bank's evolving business needs. Ensure adoption and adherence to
the Bank's CRM governance framework and usage guidelines. Serve as the
internal champion and subject matter expert for the administration of
Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>. Conduct ongoing support, user
training, business analysis, and project management activities for
enhancements, upgrades, data conversions, and report development for
multiple business groups with varying needs.

*Major Accountabilities:*

·         Perform all tasks supporting the day-to-day operation of
Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>, including, managing users and
AppExchange applications.

·         Design and maintain custom validation and workflow rules, formula
fields, data dependencies, page layouts, alerts and notifications, email
templates, triggers, reports, views, and dashboards.

·         Work closely with IT to configure and manage complex user
security permissions, including user hierarchy rules, roles, permission
sets, and profiles to ensure system security.

·         Maintain functional areas of contacts / relationships, accounts,
opportunities, dashboards, and related reports.

·         Provide hands-on support including data quality management,
technical and functional issue resolution, and oversight of new
opportunities for functionality and enhancements.

·         Maintain CRM governance framework, usage guidelines, and related
documentation, e.g., roles and responsibilities for the Bank's CRM data
management.

·         Achieve coherency, agreement, and adherence from all stakeholders
for the maintenance of accurate, reliable, and timely external party
contact information.

·         Disseminate information and communicate effectively among
Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> users, management, IT, and other
stakeholders.

·         Create, maintain, and enforce data integrity standards; audit,
review, and monitor CRM reports to ensure data quality. Work with users to
resolve data discrepancy issues.

·         Assist with the export, cleansing, and import of CRM data on an
as-needed basis.

·         Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/> functionality to business processes.

·         Review and understand general organization drivers and context
for development projects.

·         Oversee the feature request/support backlog and work with the
business and IT to set priorities.

·         Provide thought leadership and partner with IT to enhance the
capabilities of the CRM solution, e.g., functionality for additional
business groups, bulk data migration, system integration, and installation
of AppExchange applications.

·         Conduct impact analysis and assist business units in
understanding the effort, risk, and impact of making changes to the CRM
system.

·         Elicit and document requirements for new functionality from a
cross-functional team of Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> users.

·         Work with stakeholders to ensure enhancements support both the
enterprise and individual business unit requirements.

·         Design, document, build, and test enhancements in a sandbox
environment and work with IT to deploy changes to testing and production
environments.

·         Assist with coordination of user acceptance testing with business
units and end users.

·         Create and maintain Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>
training materials, develop, conduct and implement training programs for
Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> users, and train users with varying
technical backgrounds on new features and functionality.

·         Assist IT with Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> release
management and communicate changes to stakeholders.

·         Assist with the development of end-user procedural documentation.

·         Stay current with Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>
technology and releases and keep stakeholders informed and up to date.

*Skills/Knowledge*:

·         Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information systems,
business, marketing, or related field.

·         Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/> administrator with configuration and ongoing
hands-on administration of Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>,
preferably in a large, highly regulated (financial services) environment.

·         Knowledge of integration of Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/> with both internal proprietary systems and the
AppExchange, and experience building components of Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/>.

·         Excellent data management skills, including understanding of data
relationships, and metrics and statistical methods.

·         Experience working with sandbox and production environments to
manage the distribution of system functional or process changes.

·         Experience handling all aspects of Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/> case management.

·         Excellent research, analytical, organizational, problem solving
and reporting skills.

·         Business analysis experience with ability to understand business
processes and translate business requirements into application
functionality.

·         Project management experience with demonstrated ability to
operate as a proactive strategic thinker and team player.

·         Excellent, highly professional written and oral communication,
motivational and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with
all levels of the organization, and present information to non-technical
audiences.

·         Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Excel formulas
and pivot tables.

·         Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> Administrator
certification preferred, Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant
certifications a plus.

·         User experience and interface design experience a plus.

·         Experience working across various Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/> implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, and AppExchange applications a plus.

·         Knowledge of CRM best practices a plus.

·         Technical writing experiences a plus.
