*PL/SQL DeveloperLocation: Philadelphia, PA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Interview mode: Phone hire* *FOCUS:* *•Candidates to have the web based / .NET application support exposure* •Must bring the PL/SQL skills, Toad to extract from Oracle, and overall strong SQL query skills. •Looking for some exposure to Adabas natural Mainframe, but would consider someone with other Mainframe exposure….as long as they bring the other skills/areas. *Job Description:* *Additional QA resources to assist with our Production support Tier 2 and 3 activity. * *The role will address both technical and end user questions, issues and do real time database modification using SQL queries on the production systems. * *The resources/consultants will need:* • strong verbal and written communication, and problem solving skills. • *Very strong in writing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL stored procedures and ability to read data model. * *• Very strong data analysis background needed.* • Experience working on Complex systems and across multiple platforms. • Mainframe knowledge is required. • Working knowledge of Toad and SQL plus required. • *Working knowledge of Web based client server applications (.Net, asp.net <http://asp.net>, Silverlight, mvc4) is required.* • Knowledge of SDLC is required. • Ability to do root cause analysis, troubleshoot the cause of the issue and fix the data. • Should be able to navigate across multiple independent yet connected systems and find the cause of the problem. • Demonstrate fast learning ability. • Ability to work with user base having various levels of IT exposure. • Working knowledge of role based application having complex security and credentials built in. • Act as a Liaison between the user and IT staff. • Demonstrate ability to learn business application. • Ability to work independently and being part of a team. • Ability to follow a process and adhering to the process already been setup.
