*PeopleSoft Interaction HUB Portal Consultant * *Atlanta, GA – 30332* *(4 Months)* *Job Description :* Georgia Institute of Technology has the following Requirement: Georgia Tech is in the process of planning upgrading PeopleSoft HCM from version 9.1 to 9.2. They are interested in enabling the PeopleSoft 9.2 Interaction HUB (Portal). Subsequently Georgia Tech will be abandoning the Oracle Enterprise Portal they have in place now. 1) Focus Subject Areas: a) PeopleSoft HCM (Source) i) Portal (1) Interaction HUB (2) PeopleSoft Financials Not to exceed total: 640 hours SCOPE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE INCLUSIONS: The scope of this project includes the following: Review/document current portal use cases and configuration (functional and technical/security) working with assigned GT staff Present detailed functional capabilities of Integration Hub to GT project team as defined Document and configure base application to fit required, functional/Technical/Security use cases identified by GT based on best practices. Map functional use cases to specific technical configuration. Document and load baseline and GT specific data as confirmed by GT Present configured instance to GT for test/verification. Observe and direct as GT resources replicate a new instance of the configuration based on documentation provided. ("GT Build") Provide knowledge transfer of configuration and document of recommendations Update documentation as identified during "GT build" Document and demonstrate security configuration to support GT configuration and use case needs Assist in Pilot review of final configuration instance CHANGE CONTROL PROCESS The change control process will occur as follows: The business submits a written change request for seeking enhancements and/or new functionality. The request must include the business impact (vs. financial impact) of the proposed enhancement or functionality requested. The Project team analyzes the cost, the business impact and schedule impact of implementing the change and submits the analysis for review.
