The group supports a broad set of applications to serve investors and
advisors.

*They use a variety of technologies supporting new and changing business.
Candidate must be consulting in nature. *

*Must have hands on ability in .NET and Java. Primarily .NET. Legacy apps
are in Java and most of them are being ported into .NET. *

*All new apps are .NET, unless a strong biz case is made otherwise. .NET is
essential*.

JavaScript would be sufficient for the Java requirement.



They have been receiving resumes of strong developers so far, but that is
not what they want.

They do want hands on capability, but the scope is to work early on with
biz users.

Solve problems the biz users are having with technology.

Must be able to determine and architect solutions and communicate with biz,
management and tech.

Strong technical background

Relationships building

The ability to communicate with both verbal and technical (Power Point).

Must have worked on large scale s/w projects

Mentoring and coaching

Show how they have improved processes or solutions.

o Performs advanced code review to ensure design patterns are followed and
aligns with architecture standards.

o Builds high quality deliverables.

* Provides advanced technical guidance and advice on initiatives.

o Leads complex software development lifecycle activities.

o Draws on deep technical experience working with an array of applications
and technologies requiring depth, breadth and versatility to evaluate
design alternatives for technical feasibility and provide recommendations
to development teams and business partners.

* Participates in efforts to increase performance effectiveness.

o Manages resource requirements and allocations.

o Identifies key capability gaps and how to address them.

o Works across domains and teams to optimize solutions, build competency
and share experience.

*• 8-10 years’ experience leading large scale application development
efforts.*
