*Job Duties (include but are not limited to):*
· Provide billable consulting support to achieve account
objectives and production success. Services may include: product
installation and implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet
customer business requirements
· Perform information systems needs assessment, information
gathering and recommend appropriate business systems and IT infrastructure
for Microstrategy customers
· Perform data modeling, application development, technical
product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional
requirements
· Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and
automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives for
Microstrategy’s software platform.
· Ability to handle End to End Microstrategy platform(set up,
administer, develop and support)
· Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and
best practice solutions
· Lead and Mentor off shore team
· Participate in sales activities, when appropriate
· Maintain and grow knowledge of BI functionality and technical
skills
*Job Requirements:*
· Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or
related field is required
· 5 years Development/Consulting or IT Development/ Consulting
Experience
· Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data
warehousing technology: RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, Web, Client/
Server, and OLAP
· Business Intelligence development experience and programming
experience
· Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business
requirements
· Application knowledge of the following industries: Cable,
Telecom
· Proven analytical and problem solving skills
· Experience with implementation methodologies
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to
build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and
effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable
language
· Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
· Valid US visa and work authorization
