Candidate must have a strong development background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing. Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity. Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology. Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented middleware,Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM Websphere MQ, EMS and RV). Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL. Development skills in Java for client and web application development is a plus. Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc). Must have at least 5 years experience with enterprise application integration development with Solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX. Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating system. Must have at least 5 years experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect.
