Development Executives/Bench Sales Team to focus exclusively on new client
acquisition/bench sales candidates.

·         Work closely with sales team, bench sales and operations in a
continuously changing team environment.

·         Must have prior track record of strong recruiting for internal
projects/training needs to bring full time employees on board. This include
Both experienced and fresh graduates.

·         Track record of managing training & placement programs for fresh
Graduates including Internship, CPT/OPT and other programs for graduate
students.

·         Must be able learn and implement effective selling techniques.
Should coordinate with candidates from beginning to end involving job
search, agreement, rate negotiations, resume and interview preparation,
Interview feedback, placement coordination and build relationship with
candidates.

·         Must be able to place our experienced consultants on contract

·         Experience in bringing right resources on board for various

*Title: HR Payroll US Staffing*

*Location: Vishakhapatnam*

  Experience in US Payroll & Accounting preferably with IT
Staffing/Services Companies
Preparing US payroll based on the timesheets received from consultants and
submitting the payroll with payroll provider
Experience working with payroll packages – ADP or Paychex or one of the
payroll provider.
Maintaining legal pay structure to employees in US on immigration/visa
status.
Interacting with employees, helping them with payroll, taxes, deductions,
pay stubs etc.
Generate and maintain financial & Cost reports.
Experience with Payroll taxes for multiple states.
State registrations and local city/county taxes
Invoicing to Clients and Vendors as per consultants timesheets using
QuickBooks or other packages.
Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, aging analysis of
Accounts Receivables using QuickBooks or other accounting packages.
Experience with Financial Reports, Management Reports, P&L at all levels
etc.
Work with CPA firms to file quarterly/yearly taxes
Overall Commissions Calculations and payments - Sales/BDM, Recruiting etc
Reconciliation of Bank account.
Working with CPA for tax filings and other issues.
Taking care of consultants Health Insurance and Dental Insurance.
Sole responsibility of Accounts.
Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ready to work in night shifts (EST time Zone) from Vizag office
Any B.com/M.com/MBA graduate with US Accounting, Quick book experience



*Title: Digital Marketing Head*

*Location: Vishakhapatnam*



Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy, Planning and Innovation:
Formulate, develop and implement the delivery of digital marketing strategy,
Take the lead on digital content and technology strategies and roadmaps,
supporting Digital Engagement in the development and implementation of the
overall Digital Engagement strategy to meet the needs of the overall
business plan.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
Managing the website/s redesign
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company
website
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of
developments in digital marketing.
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Work in partnership with teams across the organization to develop an
integrated, forward-looking, ambitious digital culture
2. Compliance & Monitoring:
Ensuring compliance in all the identified business areas like Intellectual
Property Rights, Trademark, Licensing, etc.
Evaluation and monitoring of all the marketing campaigns, as well as, sales
reports, to inform future campaign initiatives.
Protect the use of the brand guidelines and ensuring its compliance in all
forms of communication internally and externally.
Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to
ensure brand/Sales development
3. People Management & Capability Building:
Develop a high-performing team with a can do attitude and a distinct
internal-customer service focus.
Identify development needs of the team and ensure appropriate action
Facilitate effective and efficient cross-functional communication and
ensure seamlessness.
Impart Training to the team
Monitor the performance of the team and ensure the necessary direction and
training are provided
Maintain close liaison with all departments on activities and seek any
advice if required
Attending the Review meetings & Undertake any other responsibilities
assigned to him by the CEO
4. Relationship Management & Communication:
Negotiates with Media agents to secure agreements in content, graphic
design and PR
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows,
working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to-market
products and services.
Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of
products or services expected to be in demand.
