9+ exp consultant is required The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications: 1. Five (5) years’ experience within the last six (6) years in application programming on IBM mainframe using IMS databases. 2. Five (5) years’ experience within the last six (6) years developing 3270 IMS screen displays using IMS Message Formatting Services (MFS). 3. Five (5) years’ experience within the last six (6) years using code and generating Program Specification Blocks (PSB). 4. Five (5) years’ experience within the last six (6) years developing COBOL IMS message processing (MP), Batch DL/I and Batch Message Processing (BMP) programs. 5. Five (5) years’ experience within the last six (6) years working with OS/JCL and TSO/ISPF. 6. One (1) year experience within the last two (2) years using IBM AD Tools to debug COBOL programs using IMS DB/DC.
