Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. May write user manuals describing installation and operating procedures. Works on problems involving complex business requirements and processes. Must have good working knowledge of a chosen area/function Skill2 - JDEdwards Manufacturing (L3) In addition to the Level 2,Able to conduct the Due Diligence of the existing system and interview the business users to understand the requirements. Capable of architecting the solutions and able to prepare the templates for the business requirements. Conduct trainings to the Power Users. Troubleshoot the Manufacturing applications and reports in the Manufacturing suite. Able to provide details on the File structure and help the developer in customizing the application. Have mulitple lifecycle implementation experience. Experienced in Worldsoft / Enterprise One Skill3 - Retail (L3) Good knowledge of retail domain - business processes ( in-store, supply chain, warehouse management.) and work flow. Capable of understanding requirements from end users and translating the same to functional specifications to be used by technical team. Knowledge of retail specific products - Oracle Retail, Retek. etc. Experience in working with IT team for Retail business Ability to integrate solutions from CoEs, service lines. Ability to analyze retail business and IT challenges and trends. Experience in working with IT team for business application development for a Retail customer. Capable of assessing IT products related to the domain. Ability to direct team for building PoC, industry specific functional demos Skill4 - Client (L2) Strong understanding of the Client business processes - New Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Consumer Analytics and Compliance/Regulatory needs. BA experience in IT projects in the CPG segments/organizations. Ability to integrate solutions from CoEs, service lines. Ability to analyze challenges and trends. Experience in working with IT team for business application development for a Retail pharmacy customer. Capable of assessing IT products related to the domain. Ability to direct team for building PoC, industry specific functional demos Knowledge of IT products used Skill5 - Telecommunication (L2) Good working knowledge on atleast one of the telecom network domain ? Sonet/SDH Skill6 - Telecom Service Provider (L2) Good working knowledge on atleast one of the telecom network domain ? Sonet/SDHor IP or Wireless network Skill13 - Media (L2) Understand the details of file formats Ability to relate to multiple industries across publishing and entertainment Ability to understand O2C and T2R cycles Essential Skill(s) Skill1 - Business Analysis (L1) The role primary focuses on support in terms of research and background information which is needed by the project teams. Aids in the development of client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling.
