Job Description:The HP *Quality Center Administrator* is responsible for
leading the all HP Quality Center Administration functions (include QC,
QTP, Load Runner). This resource will maintain and add new projects,
fields, workflows to HP Quality Center data elements. as required, maintain
user accounts and authentication via LDAP/Active Directory. Ensure users
have the right roles/permissions to accomplish their goals.  Additional
responsibility to perform HP Quality Center Upgrades; Plan and control
upgrades as appropriate to support UCPath Testing cycles and users



Job Requirements: Seeking a HP Quality Center Administrator who will play a
critical role in current implementation of UCPath project. The successful
candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of HP Quality Center
Administration functions (include QC, QTP, Load Runner) as well as
experience utilizing other testing to provide administration and support to
UCPath Testing cycles and users.

• Lead and administer all HP Quality Center Administration functions
including Quality Center, Quick Test Professional and Load Runner
applications and tools.
• The maintenance and additions of new projects, fields, workflows to HP
Quality Center data elements. as needed
• The maintenance of user accounts and authentication via LDAP/Active
Directory. Ensure users have the right roles/permissions to accomplish
their goals.
• Oversee and drive HP Quality Center Upgrades; Plan and control upgrades
as appropriate
• Manager the availability of the testing environments and test tools.
• Setup and Configure HP Quality Center to support UCPath users for each
testing cycle including Functional Unit Testing, System Integration
Testing, Payroll Parallel Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Develop and conduct HP Quality Center guidance and trainings as necessary.
• Modify existing HP QC Workflows (defects, reporting, and all others) and
create new one as needed
• Participate in software requirement analysis, design reviews to
understand testing requirements
• Participate in design reviews for Software Development
Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current or recent HP Quality Center Administrator role (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience with:
• HP Quality Center Administration functions (include QC, QTP, Load Runner)
• HP Quality Center product configuration
• User accounts configuration using LDAP/Active Directory
(roles/permissions)
• HP Quality Center Upgrades and patch deployment
• Modification of existing HP QC Workflows (defects, reporting, and all
others) and create new one as needed
• Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Visual Basic Scripting
• Experience in at least 1 – 2big, distributed implementation
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and human
relations skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills.
• Should be proactive in completing the job assigned with little direction
and be adaptable to changing job requirements based upon feedback and new
direction.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Visio is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
experience

Preferred

• Prior experience of Higher Education or Healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to create SQL queries
• Ability to create Excel charts
• Development and conducting HP Quality Center Training
