Please send updated resume in word format along with pay rate .. *Job Title : Associate Project / Program ManagerLocation : Wilmington, DE* *Duration : 12 Months ContractClient : AstraZeneca* *Description * *The AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation Program Manager will manage and implement key initiatives within the Foundation, including its Connections for Cardiovascular HealthSM (CCH) program, which provides Foundation grants of $150,000 and up to US-based nonprofit organizations working to improve cardiovascular health in the United States. This role will be responsible for day-to-day program administration and implementation to increase the Foundation’s operational efficiency and optimally maintain legal, tax and compliance requirements. * *Major Responsibilities * *•Provide general support to the Foundation’s Executive Director to manage and administer the Foundation and its programs under the strategic direction of the Board of Trustees * *•Manage and successfully deliver Foundation programs and special projects, including collaborating with key stakeholders including volunteers (e.g. external – nonprofit organizations, university evaluation partners, online grantmaking vendor, auditors, public relations agency; internal – Compliance, Information Center, Legal, Tax, Finance, Procurement, Medical Education Grants Office, Grant Review Committee, Corporate Communications, etc.) * *•Manage the successful development and implementation of the CCH application and multi-tier grant review processes as well as program reporting and evaluation processes in collaboration with the Executive Director and our university evaluation partners (e.g. track grant applications, applicant eligibility, develop summary and ad hoc reports, program reporting and evaluation tools, assist with the Summary Analysis, as required, and respond to nonprofit inquiries, etc.) * *•Provide project management and implementation support for other initiatives, as assigned. * *Specific Responsibilities * *•Manage GrantStream, the online system for grantmaking, that includes the timely development and implementation of the application as well as grant management, scoring, program reporting and evaluation; records retention and the development of ad hoc reports * *•Manage the Foundation’s information systems and serve as a liaison with the AstraZeneca Information Technology team to lead the resolution of Foundation/staff-related Information Technology issues * *•Manage the Foundation’s CCH application and multi-tiered grant review process with internal and external stakeholders * *•Provide support to the CCH Grant Review Committees by developing and delivering review materials, securing feedback critical to the review process, conducting trainings, fielding questions and coordinating meetings and other support, as required * *•Oversee the Grant Awardee program reporting, evaluation and Summary Analysis processes in collaboration with the Executive Director and university evaluator partners to ensure timely and quality delivery * *•Maintain consistency of grant guidance, criteria, and procedures across multiple workstreams and communication venues (e.g. documents, website, training, templates, and applicant/awardee responses) * *•Manage grant application and Grant Awardee eligibility through GuideStar/Charity Check reviews/approvals, including resolving eligibility questions and in collaboration with the Executive Director and Operations Coordinator;
