*Responsibilities:*
Define and maintain test system configurations and test data.
Understand software quality best practices, test strategy and planning,
test case development, test case *deployment and execution, test data,
defect tracking, and test automation*.
Perform test executions and *writes test scripts for complex integrated
systems.*
Develop testing scenarios/cases to address areas such as *database impacts,
software scenarios, regression testing, boundary/negative testing, error or
defect retests, usability; including automated scripts*
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to understand project
objectives, gather automation requirements, design

*automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable test
automation solutions.Establish goals and objectives for appropriate testing
cycles. *Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and/or procedures to det
ermine product quality or release readiness
Manage automated testing artifacts to ensure proper reuse, versioning,
backups, organization and retention.
Interact with the product delivery team; participate in product
requirement/design reviews to provide input on completeness of functional
requirements, product designs, and schedules
Communicate recommendations and/or impediments to a senior audience
Mentor other Testing resources on proper selection, design and
implementation of various test automation frameworks, tools and strategies.
Lead other QA team members in primary and offshore locations, coordinating
work for timely delivery
Continually evaluates test automation strategy and approach to identify
areas of improvement (i.e. frameworks, dynamic data collection
methodologies, coding standards, components and object repository methods,
etc.).
Manage and generate Pay for Performance metrics for a third party vendor
